Our handy stun pen is an electrical self defense device that uses very high voltage (500,000) to neutralize an attacker. Touching a person with the probes on the pen quickly immobilizes the attacker. Because the amperage is very low, no serious or permanent injury is inflicted. The Black Cobra is the first compact stun gun in the world to produce 500,000 volts using only two “AAA” batteries (not included). Measures only 6½”L x 1”W x 3/4” deep.
