German Coconut Canteen
We've uncovered a rare find of genuine WWII German 'Coconut' Canteens. These original 0.7 liter canteens were designed for the North Africa troops but was also used throughout the war. Called 'Coconut' canteens because the pressed wood bodies that encase the aluminum canteen look like a coconut. Measures 7"L x 2½"W x 9¼"H. Issued but in great shape for their age! Weighs .89 lbs.
