Designed for the U.S. Marine Corps troops who created the need after being attacked by vicious sand fleas while asleep or resting. The BedNet fits securely onto a military cot with one step push and lock straps on all four corners. The BedNet’s in- stant deployment makes it an efficient, fast-access medical shelter. Full setup to cot can be accomplished in less than one minute. Can be used on the ground as well. The EPA-registered BedNet has Permetherin bonded to the fabric for insect repellency and is Flame Retardant (CPAI-84). Constructed of 70 Denier 1.9 ounce nylon ripstop and fine nylon ripstop and find mesh. Supported by a strong .134” diameter, pull-truded fiberglass rod which winds around the shelter expanding it to its given shape. Once rolled up Bed- Net cinch strap is removed, the shelter releases and automatically pops open, ready to use. No assembly required. Two full length, 2-way zippers for either side entry/exit. Inside notions pocket. Folds into it’s own carry sack that fits in or secures to your backpack. Measures (when coiled) 13" x 3" thick. Opened it measures 86"L, 30"W at the head, 20"W at the foot and 26"T in front, 16"T in rear. Coyote color. New Unissued with minor irregularities (pin holes, slight discoloring). Weighs 2.73 lbs.
