The Spax assists in fire fighting and emergency rescue. The wrench in the blade opens and closes fire hydrants and gas valves. The 1095 carbon steel blade is epoxy powder coated and measures 8" (13-1/8" overall). The 1/4" thick blade with pick is full tang, supported by a grooved Kraton polymer handle with internal guards, lanyard hole and wrist strap. The Cordura and leather sheath has a leather belt loop.
