The inner patrol bag is a single-layer mummy bag with synthetic fill, making it perfect for cool spring and summer nights. On the other hand, the double-layer mummy bag features over 4 pounds of lightweight polyfill, soft and durable ripstop nylon design with a draft tube covering the self-repairing zipper, and a drawstring hood. This is a great stand-alone 3 season bag. You can combine the two bags to keep warm in cold weather, and adding the Gore-Tex bivy cover will provide extreme cold, wet, windy protection that the U.S. military uses. This system is adaptable to multiple conditions, from cool to extreme cold, ensuring complete comfort. Each set comes with drawstring compression stuff sacks, and all components are genuine U.S. military issues. The set is in issue and in excellent condition.
