It is a sturdy cup, the locking carabiner is nice. It holds 10 fluid oz (based on Keurig 10 oz selection) just to the rim, and 12 measuring cup oz to the rim. Be advised that it is not insulated, so the cup will be HOT with hot beverages. Gloves or possible cloth/paracord wrapping will be needed. Still a bargain.
